1.1. PrintEasy Limited ("PrintEasy", "we", "our", "us") a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with its registered office in Nigeria. PrintEasy operates an online platform that enables Customers to create and customise designs and have such designs printed on physical products (such as t-shirts, books, mugs, cups, and related merchandise) through third party registered printers.
1.2. Platform the PrintEasy web application through which Customers may create, upload, order, and arrange for printing and delivery of customised products.
1.3. Customer ("you", "your") any person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform to create, order, or purchase customised products.
1.4. Registered Printer an independent third party printing service provider that fulfils Customer orders placed through the Platform.
1.5. Products the physical items (such as apparel, stationery, mugs, books, and other printable goods) customised and printed through the Platform.
1.6. Delivery Partner an independent third party logistics provider engaged to deliver Products to Customers across Nigeria.
1.7. Order a purchase request submitted by a Customer through the Platform for Products to be printed and delivered.
1.8. Agreement these Terms and Conditions, together with any policies or additional terms published on the Platform, as updated from time to time.
2.1. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2.3. PrintEasy may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
I. You must be at least 13 years old to access and use this Platform.
II. Users under 18 years of age may only use the Platform under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By permitting a minor to use the Platform, the parent/guardian accepts responsibility for the minor's actions and compliance with these Terms.
III. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to comply fully with these Terms.
I. To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
II. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
III. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have provided false information, misused the Platform, or violated these Terms.
I. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Nigeria and any other jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
II. You must not:
a. Use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purpose;
b. Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful;
c. Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform;
d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, accounts, or systems;
e. Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform or its content without prior written consent.
I. All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including text, graphics, software, designs, trademarks, and logos, remain the exclusive property of PrintEasy Limited and its licensors.
II. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.
I. By submitting, uploading, or posting any content on the Platform, you grant PrintEasy Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
II. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using the Platform, including but not limited to data protection and intellectual property laws in Nigeria and internationally.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform without prior notice if you:
a. Violate any provision of these Terms;
b. Engage in conduct that may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties; or
c. Misuse or attempt to undermine the integrity of the Platform.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk. PrintEasy Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
I. By submitting an order through the Platform, you make an offer to purchase Products under these Terms.
II. Acceptance of your order occurs only when PrintEasy issues a confirmation via the Platform or email. Until such confirmation, no binding contract exists.
I. All orders are subject to:
a. the availability of Products; and
b. acceptance by both PrintEasy and the Registered Printer fulfilling the order.
II. If a Product is unavailable after an order is placed, PrintEasy reserves the right to notify you and cancel or substitute the Product, with a refund (if applicable).
I. PrintEasy acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting Customers with Registered Printers.
II. PrintEasy does not manufacture, design, or directly fulfil orders.
III. Registered Printers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of PrintEasy.
I. Registered Printers are solely responsible for:
a. the quality, accuracy, and conformity of printing;
b. meeting agreed specifications and descriptions provided through the Platform;
c. ensuring that all printing complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and standards.
II. While PrintEasy monitors printer compliance, it shall not be liable for errors, defects, or delays directly attributable to a Printer's performance.
I. Payment for orders must be made in accordance with the payment methods available on the Platform.
II. PrintEasy may withhold confirmation of any order until payment is successfully processed.
III. All prices include applicable Nigerian taxes unless otherwise stated.
I. Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimates only.
II. Actual delivery may vary depending on:
a. customer location;
b. logistics and courier conditions in Nigeria; and
c. availability of the Printer.
III. PrintEasy shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics providers, force majeure events, or other factors beyond its reasonable control.
I. Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the designated address.
II. Title to the Products passes only upon full payment.
I. Once confirmed, orders may not be modified or cancelled except with the consent of PrintEasy and the Registered Printer.
II. Cancellation requests may be subject to fees where the Printer has already commenced processing.
I. Customers must inspect Products promptly upon delivery.
II. Complaints relating to defects, quality, or non-conformity must be reported within 5 working days of receipt.
III. Returns or refunds are only available in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly processed orders, subject to the Printer's return policy and PrintEasy's review.
IV. PrintEasy reserves the right to mediate disputes.
Neither PrintEasy nor Registered Printers shall be liable for delays, non-performance, or cancellations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or transportation disruptions.
I. All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
II. Prices are inclusive of applicable Nigerian taxes (e.g., VAT) unless otherwise stated.
III. Any additional fees, such as delivery or service charges, will be clearly communicated before checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an Order. Orders will not be confirmed or processed until payment has been successfully received and verified by PrintEasy.
I. By providing your payment details, you expressly authorise PrintEasy (or its appointed payment processor) to charge the full Order amount to your chosen payment method.
II. You confirm that the payment method provided belongs to you or that you are duly authorised to use it.
I. Payments may be made through the payment options available on the Platform, which may include debit/credit cards, bank transfers, mobile money, or other approved electronic channels.
II. PrintEasy reserves the right to update or restrict available payment methods at its discretion.
PrintEasy reserves the right to update or change prices at any time. Such changes shall not affect Orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
If your payment fails, is declined, or reversed for any reason, PrintEasy may:
a. suspend or cancel the Order;
b. request an alternative payment method; and/or
c. recover outstanding amounts owed, including through debt collection or legal action if necessary.
I. PrintEasy may carry out identity or payment verification checks to protect against fraud.
II. If fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method is suspected, PrintEasy reserves the right to cancel the Order, suspend the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. PrintEasy does not store sensitive payment card details but relies on secure, PCI-DSS-compliant providers.
Because Products are customised and made to order, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted once an Order has been confirmed, except in the limited circumstances set out below.
A Customer may be eligible for a refund or replacement where:
a. the Product delivered is materially defective (e.g., damaged, misprinted, or of substandard quality);
b. the Product delivered does not match the Order specifications provided on the Platform; or
c. the Order was not fulfilled at all due to Printer error.
Refunds or replacements will not be granted where:
a. the error or defect is due to the Customer's design, content, or uploaded file;
b. minor variations in colour, placement, or sizing occur due to the nature of the printing process;
c. the Product was damaged after delivery due to Customer mishandling; or
d. the Customer provided incorrect delivery details.
I. All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
II. Customers must provide supporting evidence (e.g., clear photographs, written description, or return of the defective Product if requested).
III. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.
PrintEasy reserves the right to:
a. request the return of the defective Product for inspection;
b. investigate the claim with the Registered Printer; and
c. determine, in its sole discretion, whether the claim is valid.
Where approved, refunds will be processed either as:
a. credit to the Customer's PrintEasy account for use in future purchases; or
b. a reversal to the original payment method, where feasible.
c. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period (typically within 7–14 working days), subject to payment provider timelines.
In cases where only part of an Order is defective or incorrect, PrintEasy may issue a partial refund or replacement for the affected items only, rather than the entire Order.
PrintEasy reserves the right to reject refund or replacement claims that do not meet the above conditions or are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
Except where legally required, refunds will not be made in cash. All refunds will be processed electronically.
No refunds will be issued for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond PrintEasy's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, logistics disruptions, or government restrictions.
7.1. Delivery will be arranged by independent Delivery Partners.
7.2. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Product to the delivery address provided.
7.3. Title to the Products passes only after full payment has been received by PrintEasy.
8.1. Each party agrees to keep confidential any nonpublic, business, technical, or financial information received from the other party in connection with this Agreement.
8.2. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this Agreement for five (5) years.
9.1. PrintEasy provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.2. PrintEasy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete security of the Platform.
9.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintEasy shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
• Errors or delays caused by Registered Printers or Delivery Partners.
9.4. PrintEasy's aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the Order giving rise to the claim.
10.1. This Agreement remains in force until terminated by either party.
10.2. Customers may terminate their account at any time by notifying PrintEasy or ceasing use of the Platform.
10.3. PrintEasy may suspend or terminate access immediately if:
• You breach these Terms;
• Your activity harms PrintEasy's business or reputation;
• Required by law or regulatory authority.
10.4. Clauses relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement that cannot be settled amicably within 30 days shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
12.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
12.2. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings.
12.3. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without PrintEasy's prior written consent.
12.4. PrintEasy may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without your prior consent.
